How I work. From research to the thing that ships.

1. I

   Research

   Every project starts by listening. Before anything is drawn I learn the people, the business and the constraints (interviews, data, the product as it is used today) until the problem is stated plainly enough that the right answer starts to look obvious.
2. II

   Systems Thinking

   Rooted in minimalism and systems thinking, my approach treats design as a subtractive act. One where clarity emerges through simplification and refinement, and where decisions are guided by what makes the most sense rather than by what simply looks better.
3. III

   Parallel Iteration

   Instead of one idea polished in a straight line, I explore several directions side by side and let them compete. Real options compared early, in context and at their actual size, make the trade-offs visible and keep the first idea from winning just for being first.
4. IV

   Design & Development

   Design doesn’t end at the handoff. I work close to the code: prototyping the details, building the components, tuning type and motion in the browser. That way, what ships is the thing that was designed, down to the last pixel and the last frame.
